Highly Recommended

I have been living in a flat rented from Avtar for more than two years. Since the beginning, my experience with the team has been very pleasant, from the flat viewing until signing the contract. There were no hidden or extra costs and the signing process went smoothly. On the moving day the flat was tidy and clean and I was given a brand new bed. My requests regarding internal housekeeping matters were carried out by the maintenance team quickly and effectively. I would certainly recommend Avtar.

Couldn't ask for better!

As a former tenant of an Avtar Properties house, I can wholly say that the service provided is excellent, efficient and professional. The entire letting process was un-imaginably smooth. Beginning with the viewing process, we were shown several different properties within our desired location (Hyde Park), the signing process was made very easy and thoroughly explained by the Avtar team. Once we moved into the property, all maintenance reports were dealt with extremely quick, even the same day in some cases. The house we signed for was a wonderful 4 bed house, and suited our needs perfectly for our final year of uni. The whole team are super friendly and if I'd be living in Leeds again in future, Avtar Properties would definitely be my first point of call!
