NOTICE TO TENANTS – CORONAVIRUS

The government has allowed letting agents to reopen announced 13th May 2020, we have reopened our office on the 1st June 2020, but we will be very strict on social distancing and following the guidelines. As we will be open you can drop your keys off and the new tenants can collect keys from our office, 

We will be sending out check out packs to the outgoing tenants and check in packs to the incoming tenants of the course of next few weeks. 

Below are a few bullets points ;

General 

• Our hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm 

• We would prefer if you could call the office or email us rather than visiting as we will be allowing only 2 people in our offices at a time 

• To pay rent by Bacs or by card 

• There will be a drop box in the office for returning keys, we will provide the envelopes if you could write your name, address of the property rented and the room number and leave the envelope in the box, we will email you a receipt of key by email generally within 24 hours.

• If you need to visit the office we would prefer if you emailed us prior giving us an approximate time and the property address.

• There will be a table at our office with sanitiser and gloves please use these. 

• The incoming tenants will be able to move into the properties on their first day of tenancy we will send out separate information for this process.
