We endeavour to complete work to the highest standards, that’s why our trustworthy maintenance team are fully insured and will always attend properties in an Avtar uniform and show their ID cards. To further reinforce our standards of quality workmanship, our qualified tradesmen will arrive in our sign written vans, giving you reassurance of who is completing maintenance works in your property.
Our maintenance requests are categorised in order of urgency from emergency repairs to general repairs, ensuring that we have effective systems in place to prioritise our maintenance requests. We know that emergencies can occur at any time of the day or night and have a 24 hour emergency number to deal urgent repairs.
Always contact our dedicated emergency number out of office hours and not another trades company as we will not pay the bill for other services.
During normal office hours, please report repairs via telephone, online, email or by coming into one of our offices.
