Your Repairs

At Avtar Properties making sure that we have the correct people in place is at the forefront of what we do. We endeavour to complete work to the highest standards, that’s why our trustworthy maintenance team are fully insured and will always attend properties in an Avtar uniform and show their ID cards. To further reinforce our standards of quality workmanship, our qualified tradesmen will arrive in our sign written vans, giving you reassurance of who is completing maintenance works in your property.

Your Repairs

Our maintenance requests are categorised in order of urgency from emergency repairs to general repairs, ensuring that we have effective systems in place to prioritise our maintenance requests. We know that emergencies can occur at any time of the day or night and have a 24 hour emergency number to deal urgent repairs. Always contact our dedicated emergency number out of office hours and not another trades company as we will not pay the bill for other services. During normal office hours, please report repairs via telephone, online, email or by coming into one of our offices. Our experienced tradesmen are available 24 hours a day to deal with any maintenance requests you may have.

Nearly all property searches begin online, so with our brand new, fully optimised website, you can be sure that your advertisement will see the best results with us. We ensure all properties are marketed to a high standard so that your property will be seen by as many prospective tenants as possible. We will upload professional photographs alongside a description to promote your property. Not only will you feature on our brand new exclusive website, we will also advertise your property at no extra cost on additional portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation. We also work with leading property magazines in the area such as, Lets Rent magazine; again, making sure your property has as much exposure as possible. Our walk in enquiries will also receive the same high standards of service as any other enquiry.  In addition to working closely with leading industry magazines and  marketing each property to the highest standards, each property has the added benefit of being featured in our in branch brochure and on our regularly updated Ipads. Our knowledgeable team are experienced in ensuring that each property is marketed effectively to ensure maximum exposure.

All viewings will be represented by our experienced Lettings Negotiators with chauffeured cars. All Lettings Negotiators are familiar with the properties on our portfolio and are able to answer any questions prospective tenants may have. We will make sure you are kept in the loop with any viewings and always give feedback whether it is positive or negative.

Fees:-

- Students, £100 admin and £100 deposit(including VAT) Or £60 Admin and a month’s rent deposit
- Professionals, £120 admin and a month’s rent deposits
- Resigns 50% discount
- Admin fees are non-refundable and deposits need to be paid within a week of the admin fee
- Fees apply
