We offer a wide variety of services to create a management package tailored to your needs.

Specifically we offer both a Full Management and a Let Only Service. During the initial Property Appraisal we will advise on the market rent, any alterations or refurbishments that may be of benefit to the property and increase rental return, advise you on any legal requirements such as HMO Licencing and also take a detailed description of the property along with photographs.

We market our properties not just through our website but through a number of portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla to attract as many suitable potential tenants as possible. Viewings are carried out by our negotiators who will keep you updated on the progress of renting your property.

- Students, £100 admin and £100 deposit(including VAT) Or £60 Admin and a month’s rent deposit
- Professionals, £120 admin and a month’s rent deposits
- Resigns 50% discount
- Admin fees are non-refundable and deposits need to be paid within a week of the admin fee
