A family operated business that has been in Property Management for over twenty five years, specialising in student accommodation in the popular Leeds 6 area. Recently we have expanded our premises and moved into the residential property market.

We have a large portfolio comprising properties ranging from one bedroom flats through to nine bedroom student houses. The majority of all student accommodation is within easy commuting distance of Leeds Metropolitan and Leeds City Universities, as well as Headingley which is the very centre of student life in Leeds.

At Avtar Properties we understand the prospect of students leaving home and going to university for the first time. This can be a harrowing experience for some but don't panic. Our trained advisors are always on hand to ensure that your moving experience is a pleasant one. Many of our tenants stay with us until the end of their university life, moving house each year having made friends, whilst others are content to remain in their first property.
